I recently went to a chocolate making class at Madre. I would highly recommend it to vegans! All the chocolates right now are vegan at Madre except the one that says “con leche”. It is very lactose intolerant friendly! Their chocolate is delicious. I highly recommend the course to anyone who is interested in learning more about the process of chocolate making.
