Eleven Madison Park

On a recent visit to New York City, I decided to check out Eleven Madison Park, which is a 3 star Michelin Restaurant. What does it take to get a Michelin star or 3 stars? Michelin’s inspectors eat at restaurants (anonymously) on a regular basis for 18 months. A one-star restaurant must have four inspections, whereas three-star restaurants must have ten.  Michelin stars are dependent on a variety of factors, including creativity, value, quality, skill, and consistency. A restaurant may lose its star rating if any of these factors are compromised. 

Eleven Madison Park opened in 2021 and was not vegan at that time. However, Chef Daniel Humm decided (after obtaining 3 Michelin stars), to make the restaurant vegan because animal agriculture was not sustainable…risking his three michelin stars! Put Worm Buckets in Your Garden Bed

I put these worm buckets in my garden bed, and they are great. I can have more places to vermicompost, and the worms often start seeds in my garden bed. I’ve had tomatoes started by worms and in the video, I show some trees that were started by my earthworms…
